Delivery Policy

GB Medical Ltd currently deliver equipments to destinations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe and the United Kingdom. In addition we also offer a service for delicate, high cost equipments requiring Specialised Packing and shipping by Courier, Airfreight and Seafreight Worldwide.

We aim to deliver most equipments to destinations in the EEC and United Kingdom within 7 working days. Delivery Worldwide will depend on the destination and will be communicated by email.

United Kingdom orders are normally shipped by Local Courier on a “Next Day Service” Tracking is available from door to door as standard.

Delivery will be between 0900hrs and 1700 hrs. Please make sure there will be somebody to accept and sign for the equipment at the delivery address.

Overseas order tracking is available throughout the delivery process as standard

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. UK customers will have VAT added to the purchase total at checkout. Non-UK customers will not be charged VAT if we are shipping out of UK. Non-UK customers can reclaim VAT through by sending us shipping document or a completed VAT from 407 if we ship to a UK address (this must be done within 3 months of invoice date). Carriage: UK charges are minimum of £15.00 + VAT.

Returns Policy:

Damages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
