Warranty

GB Medical offers a standard 3 month warranty on all products unless otherwise noted on the quote and sales order.

Standard warranty extensions may be available at extra cost and can be requested at time of quotation.

Our standard warranty starts from the date of shipment from our premises.

Our standard warranty does not cover (1) accessories or consumables that are considered disposable or consumable (2) accident, misuse,abuse,negligence,acts of God or modifications to the equipment (3) improper operation or maintenance of the equipment (4) connection of equipment to improper voltage supply (5) attempted repair/modification/dismantling by any party other than GB Medical Ltd.

GB Medical will use its best efforts to repair/restore the defective equipment to its original working condition and may use an exchange of similar/same model to effect this .

Sending working equipment to GB Medical without any issues will cause a customer to incur a charge equal to one hour of labour for an inspection and all shipping charges.

Loaner requested during warranty repair will be provided based on availability .Shipping for loaner equipment to and from GB Medical will be at the customers expense.

Customers outside of UK are only elegible for parts on warranty repair.

All other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer’s purpose.
